is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults ages 21 or
older to 5 days and 4 nights at ONE of the following destinations in
Hawaii: Honolulu, Maui, Kona or Hilo. At the time of booking your
reservations, a US $139 per person reservation and processing fee,
double occupancy, is required and is payable to the fulfilling
travel agency that will book your reservations. Additional nights
are available at $99 per night. Additional travelers require a $35
per person surcharge. Resort accommodations are available year
round, subject to
availability and a minimum 30-day advance notice. Reservation
requests made less than 30 days in advance of arrival are accepted
based on availability and subject to a $49 surcharge. In most cases
you will be required to give the travel agency multiple travel dates
just in case your 1st requested travel dates are not available.
Group travel requires a $49 per person surcharge. Transportation,
taxes, gratuities, meals, and other expenses are not included with
this offer. To redeem this certificate to receive a reservation
form, a payment of US $55.00 is required for processing, postage and
handling. You will receive your reservation form within two
weeks of redeeming this certificate. No purchaser should rely upon
representations other than those included in this certificate. This
certificate has no cash value and is void where prohibited by law.
